Born from passion and evolved through necessity, RT Health Company first opened its doors in 2015 in the charming town of Elora, Ontario. Owner and Founder Rich Wigmore envisioned a space where people could transform from the inside out—one that prioritized sustainable results, genuine support, and a well-rounded approach to health and wellness.

As the community grew, so did the vision. What began in a 1,000-square-foot studio quickly expanded into a 6,000+ square-foot facility, bringing together some of the industry's best professionals to offer personal training, athletic therapy, recovery, and nutrition services under one roof.

In 2018, Rich expanded that vision even further with the opening of Elora Fitness & Performance Centre—a spacious, welcoming, membership-based fitness facility designed to make health and fitness accessible to everyone. Featuring state-of-the-art equipment, 24-hour access, affordable memberships, and a supportive community, the gym was built to help people feel confident walking through the doors, no matter where they're starting.
