*Before photos should be taken in something you are comfortable in (most women choose a sports bra and spandex shorts, and men shirtless and shorts). The more visible your body is, the better we can see changes in body composition, BUT it's totally up to you.
*RTHC may use your photos to promote future challenges/on social media etc. unless explicitly told otherwise by the participant*
*A sign with the words "RTHC FALL TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE 2018" must be visible in all photos (either holding it without blocking any part of your body, taped to a wall behind you, etc.).
*Photos that have been photoshopped or altered in any way will result in immediate disqualification and will not be eligible to win any prizes.
*There have been rare instances in which people have trouble uploading photos to the form. If this happens to you try taking a screenshot of your photo and uploading the screenshot to the form rather than the original photo.
The form is time sensitive so if you leave the page half way through you may have to save your answers elsewhere and start over. Let us know if you have any issues!

With this option you will be purchasing entry to the challenge as well as 8 weeks of unlimited classes at RT Health Company.
Within 48 hours after you sign up you will receive an email from us which includes two registration forms. One will be logistics and more about you (this is where you will choose your exercise program) and one will be physical assessment (measurements and photos). The first form is required, but the second is optional (please note that you will only be eligible to win the grand prize if you fill out both forms). Please ensure that the email you use to sign in/sign up is the email you wish to receive this email to!
Registration is open until FRIDAY, MARCH 29th at 11:59pm. This means that both forms must be completed by this time!
