Meet our in-house athletic therapist & chiropractor, Emily Laudi.
Emily graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology & Health Sciences, with a concurrent certificate in Athletic Therapy from York University. She then attended and graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), earning a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
During her career, Emily has worked with a variety of athletes and sports teams at the college and university level (CCAA/USports). As a former varsity athlete, Emily understands the importance of injury recovery and performance to return an athlete to competition.
Emily has a special interest working with athletes, treating sport/activity-related injuries, and those looking to improve their health. She implements an active care approach, utilizing education, movement, and resistance exercise to help with injury recovery.
Throughout the year, Emily provides sideline first responder coverage at sporting events to ensure the safety of those competing.
Outside of the clinic, Emily spends her time weight-lifting, playing and watching sports, exploring local trails, experimenting with food, and trying new video/board games.
