We will be taking on no more than 3-5 highly motivated clients.

3 personal training sessions/week at RT Health Company for the duration of the 12 weeks
with Taylor, Rich, or one of our other highly qualified personal trainers.
In our experience, those who commit to 3x/week personal training see incredible results. This ensures you always have that accountability
24 bootcamps at RT Health Company (2 per week for the duration of the 12 week period)
Exclusive use of the studio as a gym on your own time, in which we will provide a program that complements your personal training.
-all meals and snacks will be included throughout the 12 week period with the acceptation of "treat meal" days
